I have no idea why the plugin displays wrong time on your side. Please, make sure your website don’t have and JS problems that could affect to MX Time Zone Clocks plugin or another features of your site.
Also, you can find similar plugins in wordpress.org directory. I’m sure there are lots of cool ones.

You can not chage the hands without plugin code changing.
But it isn’t to difficult. Go here \wp-content\plugins\mx-time-zone-clocks\includes\frontend\assets\js\jquery.canvasClock.js and find “context.fillStyle = ‘black’;” Chage the colot (eg. green) and save the changes. Clean the cahe. Done!Forum: Plugins
