After updating WordPress, the Cyrillic encoding broke.
if the name of the city is written in Cyrillic in the field,
city_name=”время в Канберре сейчас:”
displays like this:
J&#емя в Канбер& #1088;есейчас:)Канбер& #1088;есе
I thought that you need to add a line in the file – shortcode.php 44 line, such content:
html_entity_decode
but it did not help. I installed previous versions of the plugin, but it did not help either.
Please help me solve the problem.
The plugin is very cool.
Checking now. Will let you know when it’s fixed.
Fixed. Update the plugin, clean your website cache, check the issue and please let me know if it’s working for you. Thank you.

Try to type words by your hand – not copy and paste from another sources. Maybe you use [encode] WordPress feature for these sections.
Okay, I’ll try to type by hand.
sorry for your wasted time.
