Hello Marli-Annet.
I think you’ve placed the clock’s shortcode as a text.
To display the clock, you must place the shortcode into content area or shortcode area. NOT like text.
Please, wite back when you make the changes.
Thank you.
Hello!
I asked about this problem developer of the theme, which I use. He answered that field where I tried to put shortcode doesn’t parse shortcodes by default and recommended me to use Code Snippets plugin or write such code at function.php – add_filter( 'term_description', 'do_shortcode' );
. I tried both recommendations, but clock doesn’t work. I didn’t see shortcode’s code on web-page but I didn’t see clock too.
Also I tried to use your shorcode at usual page and have the same problem. For example:
– this is a page at admin panel at visual editor. There are two shortcodes – https://yadi.sk/i/lnDmDPZtQLm6Zg
– this is a page which I see as a result – https://yadi.sk/i/NWkj_NhYNuIrhw – no any clock.
What can I do also to resolve the problem?
