So developers get vacation? What the…?
On a serious note the guys who set up our site in the first place managed to rebuild the DB and Leadin now actually collects the names and email addresses so that’s good progress.
Unfortunately it’s not sending a confirmation email to the subscribers nor pushing the data to MailChimp.
Enjoy the rest of your time off and hope to hear from you when you get back.

Have you been able to log into my site?
Any advice on next steps?
Is there a way for me to uninstall Leadin thoroughly so it may reinstall itself correctly? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it a number of times but each time it remembers all previous settings so kms suspecting that it’s not fully uninstalled.

I signed you up and you should have received the email a little while back. The time difference is not making this any easier 🙂 but I hope you can take a look.
I disabled Leadin as there were site visitors who signed up but of course they didn’t and now they don’t know that they couldn’t. Phew! Hope that make sense.
Anyway, let me know how it goes and what you’d like me to do next.

It looks like I have the same problem on our site http://www.firstprinciplesconsulting.com/.
I took a look in the Edit Plugins area and did find the area you mentioned, but it looks fine to my non-developer eyes.
Any chance you could take a look please? Happy to give you admin access if you need it.
