No form content in email, no DB entry

    Hi there

    Form pops up, visitor enters name and email address.
    An email is dispatched to Admin, but no confirmation sent to visitor.
    Email to admin contains usual content.
    When link is followed to ‘View Contact Record’ no record exists.
    Up the top of the page it says:
    Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/firstf7u/public_html/wp-content/plugins/leadin/admin/inc/class-leadin-contact.php on line 181

    No settings were changed.
