The customer review options is attached to the comment form. Basically when the users comment to a post where you review an item, they are allowed to rate it.

Hey,
The lightbox is a javascript file for showing the product image in an inline popup. Other plugins might include it too so we are offering the possibility to remove the loading of it as it used in other plugins.
If you have any other problems please let me know.

We have a 80k userbase, dont you think if was a general problem, a lot of people would complain ? Why you dont ask for support and instead review the product?

Can you go to the WordPress product review settings and deactivate the lightbox loading, from the general settings. This it should fix the issue. You have most probably a plugin that has a conflict with ours and is causing this.
