@samiotis, is there any other plugin or permalinks setting that could be conflicting with NextGen pagination?
You could try disabling all your other plugins, If that fixes the issue then you can re-activate them one by one to see which one is causing the conflict. From there it will probably be easier to figure out what’s wrong.
Another Update 🙂
I fixed this by changing one of my settings in the the ‘Yoast WordPress SEO’ plugin.
All I had to do was uncheck the ‘Redirect ugly URL’s to clean permalinks. (Not recommended in many cases!)’
I now see why it’s ‘not recommended’ in many cases 🙂

UPDATE ON MY LAST POST
I tried disabling all my plugins one by one and I discovered that the conflicting Plugin seems to be Yoast’s All in One SEO plugin.
Would like to be able to resolve this as I’d really like to be able to use both plugins on my site 🙂
How did you fix it? I’m having the same issue.
I don’t want to have to disable either plugin becasue they are both really important to my site.
Hi,
Just upgraded to 3.2 and I’m having a little issue with the Pagination menu on my gallery.http://luma-wedding-photography.com.au/test-gallery/
Have checked my code and the updates you posted are already included in my version of NextGen.
Any idea on what’s causing this problem? It was working fine before I upgraded and also working fine on this clone install
