In reply to: 500 Internal Error and Accounts GoneThanks you both for the suggestions, I am going to look into the host and see if I can find info their. For some reason when I went to check the Error Log I found that WordPress was not directly installed on the computer I thought it may be on, so I ill have to check other devices to see which one may have that info. But in the mean time I will try and find info from the host. Thanks for the suggestions!

In reply to: 500 Internal Error and Accounts Gonei don’t access to a PC at the moment, but I will update you on my findings as soon as I can, I sincerely appreciate the help, I’ve been stuck trying to get help for quite awhile, so again, I appreciate it and I’ll let you know as soon as I can 😊

In reply to: 500 Internal Error and Accounts Goneunfortunately I can’t really do anything, but I know the plugin ninja forms had updated shortly before the crash. I can’t get to the back end anymore to fix it due to the error showing up when I go to the log in page, and when I try to log in on the WordPress website it says I don’t have an account under the emails even though I have several emails from WordPress on both emails.
