Is it the result of upgrading any plugin or you edited any code at live website?
Do you have access to server logs?
unfortunately I can’t really do anything, but I know the plugin ninja forms had updated shortly before the crash. I can’t get to the back end anymore to fix it due to the error showing up when I go to the log in page, and when I try to log in on the WordPress website it says I don’t have an account under the emails even though I have several emails from WordPress on both emails.
Can’t say anything without looking at error logs. Do you have access web hosting panel or ftp? Debug your WordPress and then share logs here
i don’t access to a PC at the moment, but I will update you on my findings as soon as I can, I sincerely appreciate the help, I’ve been stuck trying to get help for quite awhile, so again, I appreciate it and I’ll let you know as soon as I can 😊
Sorry to jump in here 😀
… and when I try to log in on the WordPress website it says I don’t have an account under the emails even though I have several emails from WordPress on both emails.
Which “WordPress website” are you trying to log in from that’s telling you this?
Your own site returns a “500 internal server error” on all pages, including the login screen. So that message couldn’t have come from your own website.
That means you’re probably trying to log in from WordPress.ORG or WordPress.COM — both of which are totally separate from your own WordPress-powered site. So the login accounts on those domains are totally different from the login accounts on your own website. That’s why you’re receiving that message.
Also, please note that this error message on your site is coming directly from your hosting server, not from WordPress. So whatever is causing your site to not work is completely breaking WordPress, such that it can’t even load and report a WordPress-specific error message. So you may as well get in touch with your web hosting provider, WebHostingPad, for help.
Good luck!
Thanks you both for the suggestions, I am going to look into the host and see if I can find info their. For some reason when I went to check the Error Log I found that WordPress was not directly installed on the computer I thought it may be on, so I ill have to check other devices to see which one may have that info. But in the mean time I will try and find info from the host. Thanks for the suggestions!
