thank you!! I’ll wait
Hi Nebu, Thank you for your reply.
I must admit I’m quite surprised that a premium plugin like Forminator doesn’t offer such a simple and practical feature out of the box. Organizing uploaded files into dedicated folders per user should be a standard functionality in a plugin of this size and price range.
I really hope your team will consider implementing it soon.
Best regards,

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Problem with Jetpack pluginHi, thanks for the follow-up!
I’ve already tried all the steps you suggested: I disconnected and reconnected Jetpack, checked caching/security plugins, and verified that there are no server-side firewalls blocking the connection. The only firewall I ever had was Jetpack’s own firewall, but since Jetpack isn’t working at the moment, I currently have no firewall active at all.
The only part I didn’t fully understand is about the IP allowlist — could you please explain if there is something I can do from my side on Altervista, or if this is something only the host can handle?
Just to add more context: I’m using Altervista as hosting, which means I don’t have direct access to the database or the CDN configuration. Also, server-level configurations (like editing firewall rules or adding IPs to an allowlist) are not directly available to me as a user — they are managed by Altervista itself.
At the moment the connection issue is still there.
Thanks again for your help!
