In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Incorrect translation with polylangHi, finally I have found the problem. I don’t know why, but css of the theme is in conflict. See this video for explanation. For now I have deleted temporary the css of theme and selected the right checkboxes. If you need some details, the theme is Essentials by pixfort and this is the link with css code: CSS

Now remains the other problem with checkboxes, as you can see in previous screenshot the problem is with multiple ID that aren’t unique. But I don’t know why generate this error, I have tried to disable any other plugin that can cause problems, clear any kind of cache and reset and uninstall Complianz with no results. In other websites work perfectly without problems

The checkboxes are in some way disabled. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but there is no way to make a selection. See the screenshot with console error

Unfortunately I can’t change this settings because I need this kind of URL because I have a multiple domain for languages and with other settings they create problems.
There is no way to force language?
(FYI: The privacy policy is in italian because I write it myself)

But when I visit page the content is in english: Screenshot
The default language is Italian. On Polylang I have this settings: Polylang settings
This things can be avoided if in your shortcode you add a parameter for language set. But how can I solve this immediately?

Hi, I have checked but all other plugin have nothing to do with this. And mostly of my plugin are yours, so I think that the compatibility test are okay.
Hi again @wpmudevsupport12 I have tried to remove all database entries with “wphb” and remove again everything, deleting the folder. But same as usual installing and activating the plugin generate 503 error. I think that lasts update broke this plugin and now I don’t know what to do. I have considered to make a subscription for my clients but I can’t make it work on my website, and this is a big problem.

I didn’t have any advanced-cache.php file. I have unistalled the plugin multiple times and get the error everytimeHi @wpmudevsupport12
After 9 hours working normally now my site have error 503 and in the log this string repeated multiple times:
PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 1518338048) (tried to allocate 585728 bytes) in /home/***/public_html/***/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1999
It’s obvious that the plugin have some problem, because I have renamed the folder (I can’t access to administration due to the error) and now the error it’s gone. What should I do?One another site on same hosting I see this error repeated but the website is still online:

Hi, I have doubled the memory limit to 2048 and now I can reset hummingbird. Seems resolved, I have reset on all three site and then I have cleaned the db. For now work everything
I can add some information: I have other two sites hosted on same hosting with Hummingbird. Both sites are incredibly slow sometimes and checking resources they use a lot of Physical Memory. I think that last update broken everything because until past week there is no problem and the speed was great.
Edit: I have tried to empty all caches on the other two website and Cloudflare return the error 524. Obviously it’s a problem with this plugin.
