Please check with that search : Same search with proof 1 image “fast” and one “slow”

Thank you for this check.I did my research and it appears that only some images are slow, and other not.
When looking for the difference, I noticed that the slow ones are requesting full-size images instead of thumbnails. This is why there is a delay.See example here for the word “communication”
How can I tell your plugin to only use thumbnails images (like other requests that go fast with “_s” pattern in the url : “OTHER-IMAGE_s.png”) ?

I found your topic when browsing desperately for a solution months ago.
I cannot say if WooCommerce is the culprit here, but I have exactly the same issue (5 to 20 sec in the first page load and ~ nothing after) on 2 different websites… not using WooCommerce!
The wget cron task offered by @freduce86 did the trick for me but I still hope a clean solution will come someday…

When doing so, the url comes also back later in broken urls… 🤔

I get that for the 403 error, but for the db cleanup, I don’t use such plugin and don’t understand why those urls disappear… 🤔
Stupid question : Is that possible that there is an issue with the plugin with those 403 error leading to recheck the urls ?
I use AdBlock (the simple one).

I did exactly that but the issue persists 🙁By the way, why don’t you clean settings database when erasing the plugin ? That would be cleaner…
