That requires using the Bulk Settings Manager Extension.
Since this is a premium Extension we can’t go into details here but if you open a support ticket we’ll be happy to help.
Having the child plugin active and not connected to a Dashboard is to much of a security risk to add a dismiss button for these edge cases. At this time we have no plans to add a dismiss button.
I believe we have found the issue, if you open a support ticket at https://mainwp.com/support/ we can send you over a pre-release test plugin to install or we will have an official bug update release next week.
