Hi @misterzookeep, I assume that the problem got solved with the latest update so I will go ahead and mark this request as resolved.

Please disable all non-MainWP Extensions and update all MainWP extensions you use. This should solve any issues have with 4.1.
Any additional problems, please open a support ticket
All Extensions have been updated, just update to the new Extensions and the error messages will go away.
Hi @tkwpweb, these notices actually come from extensions since in the MainWP Dashboard 4.1 some hooks got deprecated. This will be fixed after we release new extensions, in the meantime, everything will continue working normally. Please note that this does not cause any functionality problems.

Hi @dattaprasad, MainWP provides this filter that you can use to automatically add sites.
Hi @abbpc, by default, MainWP will use the Administration Email Address that you have saved in the WP > Generall Settings. Basically, you can set here wanted email address.
