Thanks, we’ll look into it on the next version but please note step 1 of the installation instructions for the MainWP Dashboard plugin.
1. We HIGHLY recommend a NEW WordPress install for your MainWP Dashboard. Using a new WordPress install will help to cut down on Plugin Conflicts and other issues that can be caused by trying to run your MainWP Main Dashboard from an active site. Most hosting companies provide free subdomains (“demo.yourdomain.com”) and we recommend creating one if you do not have a specific dedicated domain to run your MainWP Dashboard. If you are not sure how to set up a subdomain here is a quick step by step with cPanel, Plesk or Direct Admin. If you are not sure what you have, contact your hosting companies support.
As per the installation instructions the MainWP Dashboard should not be installed on a multi-site setup however MainWP 3.0.1 should fix the issue you have run into and deleting the plugin via FTP is fine.
Are you trying to install your Dashboard on a multi-site setup?

“The developers tab on any WordPress.org plugin should have each svn version stored.
Ragnar is correct.
Any MainWP Bundle members will have access to the Beta of the Custom Post Type Extension.
However, WordPress.org forums is not an appropriate place to discuss paid add-ons so I’m going to mark this as resolved and if you have any other questions please open a ticket at support.mainwp.com

I see Bogdan already answered your ticket on http://support.mainwp.com/ so I’ll just copy his response here for others.
There is no limit, however usability of the plugin with larger number of sites depends only on your server configuration.
Please review this document:
http://docs.mainwp.com/mainwp-system-requirements/Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_version() indicates the cURL not enabled on the server.
We use the curl_version function to determine the current cURL version and is a requirement of the MainWP Dashboard.
You should reach out to your host to install or enable cURL and that should resolve the error for you.
Just installed the same plugins and versions as you showed in your images and I am not able to duplicate the issue.
Are you having this issue on all your browsers?

In reply to: [NinjaFirewall (WP Edition) - Advanced Security Plugin and Firewall] MainWPBarry & Nintechnet we just released a Beta that has the suggested changes added if you want to test that version.
Can you verify your version of the MainWP Dashboard installed and WordPress?
Also, please try deactivating all non-MainWP plugins on dashboard and switch to the WordPress default theme to see if the issue is still there.
This will let you know if your issue is caused by a conflict or something else. If disabling the plugins or themes fixes it, turn them back on one by one and let us know which plugin caused the issue.
Thanks
Going to mark this as resolved since no response but feel free to re-open in the future.
I wanted to take a moment and follow up to see if you were able to submit a ticket.
