How many websites support this plugin means 100 or 200 or 50 child websites are manageable from this plugin .

I see Bogdan already answered your ticket on http://support.mainwp.com/ so I’ll just copy his response here for others.

There is no limit, however usability of the plugin with larger number of sites depends only on your server configuration.
