In reply to: [Visualizer: Tables and Charts Manager for WordPress] Blank Popup Edit ScreenuSquare is premium plugin, its authors has to provide a support for it. Ask them to resolve investigate and resolve their issues which leads to compatibility problems.
I have no choice 🙂
BTW it is bad habit to have huge amount of activated plugins 😉Hi @macmike78
It is hard for me to help you because you try to use the plugin in the unusual manner. I would recommend you to hire a freelancer, who will be able to fix your issue.
Try to deactivate plugins one by one and see if after deactivation the issue disappears.

In reply to: [Visualizer: Tables and Charts Manager for WordPress] Blank Popup Edit ScreenHi Mike,
Looks like it is some kind of compatibility issue. Could you please deactivate all plugins except Visualizer and try to edit a chart?
Sorry, can’t help more 🙂
I understand it, but I can’t help you with premium theme. Call theme developers and ask them to fix their theme.
I use a premium theme: http://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
Unfortunately, I can’t help you with premium theme. You should be able to ask theme developers to resolve the issue, they have to provide you such support.
yes the problem is in the theme but in tests in localhosts I install another themes and neither works
It is hard to say why it doesn’t work on your localhost. There could be a lot of reasons. But as I understand it is working with another theme on your hosting, isn’t it?
What theme do you use? Looks like the problem is in your theme, not in the plugin.
Hmm…. Could you switch your theme to standard one and check again?
Closing this thread because it has been discussed here.
You are welcome! 😉
I see now what you mean, but currently Google Visualization API doesn’t provide such ability… So there is no “legal” way to do it. I would like to suggest you to split your graph into 5 separate graphs (one graph per test scenario).
Does it make sense for you?
Thanks mate! What do you mean by “hide lines from the graph”?
Hi @b…b
Sorry for delay. Glad it becomes resolved.
