In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Variables Products Mapped to FB Product Sets issueHi @bluecubes!
I just want to confirm where the problem is happening. Are the variations showing up in Facebook or no? If I understand correctly, you can see them under shop all but not under the collections?
Can you confirm that you set up the variable products as in the Facebook documentation and that each attribute has a variation.
If you could also post a copy of your system status report, that would be great!
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Lastest Updates Break Product Block Responsive on MobileHi there @youngboy12!
What version of WooCommerce Blocks are you on currently. The latest is 6.0.2. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
As it mentions in the product documentation, WooCommerce Blocks is a featured product meaning that it is in testing and development still. You can follow along with the development on the Github page for WooCommerce Blocks.
I found a few github issues that seem like they could be related to yours:

In reply to: [WooPayments: Integrated WooCommerce Payments] Processing OrderHi @ramm86!
Thanks for reaching out! We would be happy to help find where the transaction is!
Usually, you would find your transactions in your admin dashboard under Payments > Transactions.
I tried to look up your WooCommerce Payments account under your username and email but I couldn’t find it. Is it possibly under another email address? If you’d like, you can contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] GA4 issueHi @rebrush2
It looks like those screenshots are to create some custom events. Like my colleague mentioned, creating a custom event isn’t something we can really help with, since it involves writing some custom code, plus a bit of setup on the Google side. Their docs on creating a custom event should get your started:

As for the system status report, you can paste it into your reply to this forum and we will look into it further 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce and Plentymarkets connection issuesHey there @piotrszczesniak!
We aren’t sure about this since we don’t develop that extension and don’t know how they are integrated. Did the developer give you any instructions on how to fix this? They would be the best source of information for this error and a possible fix. Please note that we can’t provide any customizations for or support any customizations to our plugin as per our support policy: http://www.woocommerce.com/support-policy/

Hi @egocefalo!
Thanks for contacting WooCommerce.com support!
That sounds frustrating! I wouldn’t want all those lists of sets either so let’s get this sorted out!
Will you try deleting all the sets from both WooCommerce and Facebook and re-syncing? You can trigger a product sync manually by going to Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync tab by clicking the Sync products button. Here is the document that describes that process
Let us know if that changes anything after you add a new product!
Hi @fedux!
Thanks for contacting WooCommerce.com support!
I can also see that there is no account creation on your checkout page. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
As for Paypal, would you mind sending a screenshot of how you have those settings set up?
Thanks so much in advance!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Fatal error when activating extensionHi there!
Glad to hear your site is back up and running!
If you can provide us with the fatal error message you got, we would be able to better understand why it was occurring and the best way to proceed. You can also try reinstalling and then note the error if it happens again.
Let us know!
Hello!
Let’s get to the bottom of this!
Knowing the following should help us point you in the right direction:
1. Could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this thread? You can get it from your dashboard by going to WooCommerce—> Status.
2. Are you using stripe in Sandbox mode (where you have your test keys) and are using the test credit card number? Or is this happening in live mode?
If test mode, please make sure you are using your test keys (which are different than your live keys). You also need to have the test mode box checked. See # 4 at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-2
3. Did this start happening recently or are you setting up Stripe for the first time?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Madison
