I’m sorry. I am new to WordPress and even though I have some software knowledge I feel like I can’t figure out these issues. After you posted this I deactivated everything and moved to Twenty Ten. It still wouldn’t work. I looked at the error you mentioned and saw it was on a picture that was uploaded. I checked the picture out and it had some funky character or symbol in the title. When I removed that from both posts referencing the photo RSS/RSS2 works fine now.

Now I know what to do if it happens again to troubleshoot. Most of the time when I search for answers on the forum it shows me results that are at least 4 years old…so I find it hard to find the answers.

Again I am sorry about the multiple postings.
