Seriously...why would my RSS2 feed stop working randomly so much? It's frustrating that I keep having these issues. Please have someone contact me.

Posted 8 months ago #Okay, step #1: please don't create multiple threads for supporting the same issue. It'll slow down people trying to help you and just possibly annoy the other volunteers. You can see your other RSS threads via your member link.
If you haven't already, try some basic troubleshooting.
When the problem occurs (your RSS feed tossed errors for me just now) disable all of your plugins and switch to the TwentyTen theme. Then visit your feed URL again.
Did the problem go away? If yes, re-enable your plugins one at a time and test your feed each time.
Let us know if that does it for you or not.

Posted 8 months ago #I'm sorry. I am new to WordPress and even though I have some software knowledge I feel like I can't figure out these issues. After you posted this I deactivated everything and moved to Twenty Ten. It still wouldn't work. I looked at the error you mentioned and saw it was on a picture that was uploaded. I checked the picture out and it had some funky character or symbol in the title. When I removed that from both posts referencing the photo RSS/RSS2 works fine now.
Now I know what to do if it happens again to troubleshoot. Most of the time when I search for answers on the forum it shows me results that are at least 4 years old...so I find it hard to find the answers.
Again I am sorry about the multiple postings.
