It also removes thumbnails generated for “Simple Local Avatars” plungin that should not be deleted. Probably because of the same error in logic.
@gioxx, I revisited the plugin and tried it on PHP 8.1 and PHP 7.4 and did not get any of those warning messages. What version of PHP are you using?
I am happy to say that I regenerated 100 thumbnails with no failures, so it looks like this plugin may be viable again. It took about 25 min. to do 100 images. The speed looks to be what it has always been.

That would be cool to do all broken image replacements, even on external URLs. 😀
I have been using reSmush.it for a long time, but since last spring, it is hardly ever works. I gave up on it. This ShortPixel plugin will onvert to JPG and compress for free. No restrictions on it. It says it’s a resize plugin, but it actually does conpression too. 😀

I also get an email about once a day from the WordPress installation: “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” with that trace in it.
I had another websites doing this, on the same server,so I installed another theme and it stopped.
I have other websites on the same server running Elemntor and Astra, with the same plugins, along with several other plugins, and this never happens.
I can’t trigger it, it just happens. I am never in the dashboard or viewing the stie when it happens. The error was logged in the PHP error file several times today. I turned off all the plugins except Elementor. Let’s see if it stops.

Yep, that fixed it.
I see that the reason the update worked on other sties is becuase they are set to “Display simple 404 page”. When I switched them to Diplay 404 from active theme, they threw fatal error too.

Good luck with finding a free plugin that has phone support. I have used many top of th line paid themes and plugins that have email or forum support and no phone support. I prefer email and forum support.
If you are a small business owner, expecting other people’s labor for free and rant about them when you don’t get it, then you are not a very good business person and I would never hire you to build a website for me.

It is a 500GB NVMe SSD drive. It’s my own bare metal 8 core Xenon, 32 GB of RAM, Cloudlinux, Apache, PHP 7.4, MariaDB. It does the same on PHP FPM or mod_lsapi Pro. It’s at the HiVelocity Dallas, TX data center.
The sites use Cloudflare reverse proxy, but turning off the reverse proxy makes no difference. I use a rule so the reverse proxy is bypassed in Admin dashboard anyhow.

Adding that code in a child theme function.php makes a post move to trash and restore faster.
Note that, not only is the slowness on moving to trash, it is also slow at restoring from trash.
Also, I do not have Object cache turned on.

In reply to: [WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan] Email Notification Limit BugOn one of the sites, it stills send emails like it is unlimited although it is set for only 3 per hour. I turned off notifications. I have Powered Cache and Cloudflare.
A couple of the other sites that are always having a lot of lockouts, but the email notifications behave properly, use WP Super Cache and one is using Cloudflare, so I think that rules out Cloudflare.
That leaves Powered Cache.
