Email Notification Limit Bug

    I have email notifications set to maximum 3 per hour and it is flooding me with notifications every few minutes. I have this bug in more than one site.

    I reported this 10 months ago and got no reply.

    I think this is working now on most of my sites. It may be just one site now. I will keep an eye on it.

    Most likely, it’s caused by a conflict with another plugin — specifically a caching one.

    On one of the sites, it stills send emails like it is unlimited although it is set for only 3 per hour. I turned off notifications. I have Powered Cache and Cloudflare.

    A couple of the other sites that are always having a lot of lockouts, but the email notifications behave properly, use WP Super Cache and one is using Cloudflare, so I think that rules out Cloudflare.

    That leaves Powered Cache.
