I think the problem is not solved. itai_TLV1 describes it very well in the video and it is not a good idea with the columns.

the plugin “MailPoet uninstall” does not delete tables from MailPoet3. It is only for use with MailPoet2. For a complete uninstall, you have to delete the tables “mailpoet …” and the folder “… /uploads/mailpoet” yourself.
I will later develop a plugin for completely deleting MailPoet3.
