In reply to: Logo pixelatedAre you exporting this as the individual asset (right click > export selection) or exporting the whole AI file from the menu? I find I’m not generally happy with the image quality unless I export at 300dpi. Of course, that’s not always feasible with file size restrictions and load cost. With an artboard that size at 72dpi I would expect it to look okay unless you zoom in.
Are you concerned that this is a WordPress issue or just looking for some guidance in exporting the file from Illustrator?

In reply to: Installation failed: Could not create directory.@groceryboi Do you have FTP access? If it seems like the error was caused by a specific plugin and you feel comfortable going this route you can go to public_html>wp-content>plugins and delete the folder for the offending plugin.

In reply to: Installation failed: Could not create directory.@groceryboi Can you tell us how you installed the plugin yesterday? Did you:
1. Search for the plugin on the WordPress Plugin Repository (Plugins > Add New > Search)
2. Upload a plugin that was downloaded elsewhere (Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin)
3. Unzip a downloaded plugin package and upload the files to your website via ftp in your wp-content/plugins folderForum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Installation failed: Could not create directory.@groceryboi Were you able to download and install plugins before yesterday? Are you the only WordPress user on the site (and if not, do you know your level of access: Administrator, Editor, Author, etc.)?

In reply to: Problems with headerDo you have any experience with CSS? WordPress by default allows you to add custom CSS, but it looks like Elementor has that built-in as well (the gear icon labeled “Advanced” in their customizer). It also looks like they actually have fields that allow for custom selection/input which will presumably write the CSS for you behind-the-scenes. It seems custom CSS within Elementor is only available on the Pro version, but depending on how well it plays with the built-in WordPress Customizer you may be able to do most of what you need within Elementor with minor tweaks in the WordPress Customizer.
If you’re willing to share a URL someone may be able to take a peek at the CSS and suggest some changes that might help fix the issue!

In reply to: Installation failed: Could not create directory.@groceryboi Is the plugin still installed? Was it installed from the WordPress Plugin Repository or one that you downloaded from a third-party site? Can you describe the issues you were having yesterday?
