    Hey,

I have a problem. I used elementor canvas to make a lay out with a header. I finished the site, the only problem is, the header gets bigger as the screen becomes bigger (wider) and the text stays in the same position. Which means that the header becomes so big that the text gets on top of the header instead of in the blanc space below the header. I saw some other sites which add white space on the left and the right if the screen becomes to big (so the proportions don’t change to much) I can’t figure out how to do that. Could somebody help me? 🙂 Thank you!
(Or if you have other suggestions to solve to problem in another way 🙂

  • Do you have any experience with CSS? WordPress by default allows you to add custom CSS, but it looks like Elementor has that built-in as well (the gear icon labeled “Advanced” in their customizer). It also looks like they actually have fields that allow for custom selection/input which will presumably write the CSS for you behind-the-scenes. It seems custom CSS within Elementor is only available on the Pro version, but depending on how well it plays with the built-in WordPress Customizer you may be able to do most of what you need within Elementor with minor tweaks in the WordPress Customizer.

If you’re willing to share a URL someone may be able to take a peek at the CSS and suggest some changes that might help fix the issue!
