Why is it not suitable for your website?
You can simply uninstall the plugin and use some DB optimization plugin, likeWP-Optimizeto remove orphaned options.update: The plugin should delete all the database options after uninstalling. If you have such an issue — please keep in touch.

If you mean resizing thumbnails, than you should add another image size with the function
add_image_size.—

Clearfy works with some popular caching plugins. Unfortunately not with Simple Cache. You should definitely clear both caches.

I’m answering your question one by one.1) We already have such an option. It’s called “Remove field “site” in comment form” in the comments page.
2) Great idea! We’ll try to implement it.
3) Disabling XML-RPC has nothing to do with RSS feed, especially Feedburner.—

Александр, Webcraftic@kingpin123, you can always enable XML-RPC with Clearfy, it’s not critical to use this feature. Our plugin provides you ways to manage your wordpress installation, but it’s up to you wether to use them or not.
The plugin is available in English, there is no need to use Russian version. Am I getting it right?

Проблема в том, что у вашего дива с классом
td-post-author-nameинлайновое поведение, а элементы с инлайновым поведением реагируют на пробелы в HTML коде. Когда вы включаете функцию «оптимизировать HTML» она убирает все пробелы между тегами и это накладывает отпечаток на верстку.Вам необходимо пересмотреть верстку элемента
meta-info, для того чтобы использовать опцию «Оптимизировать HTML».—
