I am experiencing the same issue with shipping fee calculations. When I place an order through the website, everything displays correctly (shipping fees including VAT). However, once the order is confirmed by the customer in the admin panel, the shipping fees no longer include VAT, which changes the final invoice amount.
On the other hand, on “Stripe” or “PayPal,” the customer has paid the correct shipping fees on my end, so this is more of a billing issue rather than a problem with the received payment.
I have noticed that this bug does not occur when an order is paid via bank transfer or check. This leads me to believe there is an error in the communication between the website and the online payment platforms.
Regarding the extension used for shipping fees, I am using “WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping”. This VAT issue with shipping costs started around March 7 or 8—before that, everything was working correctly. I’m not sure if this coincides with a WooCommerce update.
