No, did not work. I also just deactivated from the plug-in list too. Neither ways did it.

Didn’t work for me either.
I see them.
They only thing I did differently was put the weight in ounces, because I believe when I did it in pounds the decimals didn’t work.
Also, make sure on the first WooCommerce tab (shipping zones) isn’t over-riding everything. I have US as the Zone name, then Region US, no shipping methods. I found when I put something in there, it would default to this setting rather than Table Rate Plus.
I’m also assuming you have a license key, but took it out to display your settings?
One last thing and this could be it, the zones have to be formatted like this:

Do you have Table Rate plus add on?
You’re are right, you have to bypass the WooCommerce and set up the shipping options via Table Rate Plus plug in. Again, I apologize. It is frustrating.
So, sorry I haven’t responded. Do you still need help?
I guess, I first need to know what you are trying to do. I’m pretty busy today and won’t get back till tomorrow, but just let me know.
