    I asked 2 pre-sales questions and got no reply?? I just purchased it anyway because of the great testimonials on the website, however it does not seem to be working as described.

    I bought the plug-in too, because I have 8 zones within these zip codes. On the checkout page, I’m getting “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” When I use Calculating Shipping option below it, nothing calculates. Do I need to build a shipping class? Is the new 2.6 upgrade messing with me? I thought I followed the instructions completely…

    Woocommerce just released 2.6, a major update and they particularly said this on the release:

    Please ensure shipping method extensions in particular (e.g. Table Rate Shipping) support 2.6 **before** updating.

    So, is this plugin compatible with 2.6? If not, when do we expect the update of this plugin to make it compatible with 2.6?

    Yeah, should have received an answer before I bought the upgrade, because I can’t get it to work. Still troubleshooting. Website needs to be live by end of month, but may not…

    Still no reply here, or to my direct emails! This certainly doesn’t say much for the developers support.

    I paid for the plugin because I wanted extra features and because I like to support people for the work they put in…BUT if there’s no support then I feel like I may have been ripped oFF 🙁

    Not happy at this stage, even some communication would be welcomed!

    @esmi no problem I will do so. However, my issue is relative to the original posters queries about compatibility with the latest version of woocommerce.

    Unless you are using the same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme, and configurations as the original poster, please do not post in someone else’s thread. Start your own topic instead.
