What am I doing wrong?
WordFence was used and is disabled but still up to date. No new plugins caused this – it started when I first downloaded a translation plugin in December. Yes, this has been going on since then, but it used to be a few months between attacks. Now it is weekly.

I will look over the recommended security measures and follow them to a tee. I am finding that we are doing all of them as the GoDaddy crew is tired of hearing from me so they remind me each time as well. 🙂
