They did not report any caching issues, however my databases needed repairing and optimizing. That was two days ago. I’ve not had any users report issues since, however, they weren’t reporting them every day. So for now I am going to assume the problem is fixed, but will let you know if it’s not. Thank you.
I use BlueHost. I’m not aware of any caching system, but I will check…
I only have one membership level, so yes they are all the same level. The role everyone has is subscriber. I do not have category protection enabled – I just apply the membership protection to particular posts within a specific custom post type.
I have had some members tell me that they’re not able to see specific posts (but which posts can’t be seen vary for each member) and then one told me that they were able to see it a bit later.
Hi, no I do not use any caching plugins or CDNs.
Yes, those with issues are allowed to see the posts. I have a custom post type called “Courses” and anyone who is a member is allowed to see all Course posts. They can view some, but not others. The posts that can’t be viewed differ between members.
This is a recent problem – I was only made aware of it within the last couple of weeks.
Thanks in advance for your help.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Members no longer being added to MailChimpMy sincerest apologies; I had changed the list name in MailChimp but not in the plugin and that’s why it stopped working. Thanks for your reply.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] 4 small issuesHi, thank you so much for your reply!
I will look into your response for my first and second question.
As for question 4, I am using the membership plugin for free access to content for everyone who signs up (in return they join my mailing list). Everyone gets 4 weeks free access, but I’d like to extend this for everyone (hundreds of people).
Thank you!

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Extra fields data from form doesn't show in dashboardUnfortunately I do not know which specific plugin update caused the issue – due to security measures, there were 11 updates in one week.
If I have time later, I may be able to test this out.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Extra fields data from form doesn't show in dashboardHello, yes, due to security flaws exposed recently, WordPress and some plugins have been updated.
What needs to be done to resolve this quickly? Thank you in advance.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Extra fields data from form doesn't show in dashboardHi, I logged the premium support as requested, but haven’t heard back. I am also no longer able to edit the custom forms (I purchased the Form Builder addon) – when I go to http://mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=swpm-form-builder the forms I’ve created are no longer there.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Redirect after registration?I would like to be able to do this as well… I am using a custom registration form on a post and would like to be able to redirect registrants to another page once they’ve filled out and submitted the form.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Extra fields data from form doesn't show in dashboardHi, yes, I followed those instructions. Everything about the form works except for the part where I require new members to include a URL when registering. I then have the registrations pending until I’ve had time to confirm they included this and then activate their membership, but right now the URL doesn’t show up in their profile within the WP dashboard. (I also tested it by asking for a phone number but that didn’t show up either)
