Here i’m back. One small issue, when a Customer adds a Coupon in the coupon field (So no giftcard) Then you get a message “Your coupon is succesfully added”. But then jumps the Code field from the gift card back to above.
When you enter a gift card only or nothing it stays at the bottem.

This map/This location: /wp-content/plugins/autocomplete-woocommerce-ordersWith the old version V1.1.0 works everthing fine with me in WC4.0.1 and WP 5.4. I just use it to complete my virtual and paid orders as I do not have any other products.
I have done it for me: https://send.firefox.com/download/be2c1460e7dbd104/#WVvbktkthexfUtjixbOniQ -> file is available for 7 days or 100 downloads. It is just a copy like above but in the folder structure. If you don’t trust it you can create it like above.
I deactivated the both plugins. I first Reactivated Matomo and then Amelia and everything works fine for now.

No problem, you where a great help/support and a fast one. Now I know what the cause is.
I will try the workaround one of the upcoming days. And I will see the update of Amelia coming in a couple of weeks for the complete solution (thanks to you) 😀 . I will let you know that the workaround works well.

I was to fast.
The installation was now a succes, but Matomo doesn’t work 🙁 . When I try to do something in Matomo (visiting reports or going in settings and press in Privacy/GDPR on one of those links) everything gives a “A fatal error occurred” .
Reinstall no solution.
I will send the System report to you by mail.EDIT: I have double check and because of the reinstall (I think) it has now a file in both folders, also .htaccess .

Thanks for the fast respons.
I double checked the DB. I was able to find some in wp_options. But everything els was deleted. This was no difference, and I did get the same error after I tried a new installation of Matomo again.
I then check the other thing about the config file. I checked wp-content/uploads/matomo/config.ini.php.
And there was the problem. That file was in this directory wp-content/uploads/matomo/config/config.ini.php and not in wp-content/uploads/matomo/I moved the file to wp-content/uploads/matomo/ and reloaded the page. And lucky it worked.
Is it then possible that there is a fault in the installation file? That it installs that file on the wrong place?
Just to double check: There is also an .htaccess file in the wp-content/uploads/matomo/config/ folder. Is that file on the right place or is it also necessary in the wp-content/uploads/matomo/ folder?

I had an other question about the shortcode implementation. In your example it was the productpage that has been edited with elementor and the shortcode was placed there? And under Messageatribute you selected Elementor Completely Width? That is the only thing that makes it editedable.
And what if you have 2 sorts of giftcards, how do the shortcode knows wich one he needs to place one for example the home page en the seconds one on a different page?.

Okay that wasn’t clear on the website that it was a premium function. But that is not the big problem.
I tried everything to implement the shortcode correctly but it won’t work. Can you make a little video, from how or with the steps/settings you take to implement it right? So that I can check it to my setting.

Here you can find the Product configuration.
As you can see in the next screenshot you can’t select “view all” like you have on your website as example. See here.
I see that it should be possible in the free version. And this should work automatically I suppose?About that example I mean, when a person enters something like, name, message,… you see it directly. Without the shortcode it works but, then is it not integrated with elementor.
You can also see here on the left what I mean.Now I have just the info like you have, is more not possible with the shortcode?

Thanks, now indeed it works. But I still have some issue’s.
Like you can see in the screenshot: I only see 4 images, no 2nd Category (It is selected in the productpage).
Also an example is not visible. When you look at the screenshot you see all the stuff on the left like deliveryinfo, email, name, amount,… but on the right the example doesn’t show.
Is it possible to fix my self or is it a bug?
