May have found the solution here. I checked the code in the page in which I inserted the shortcode and removed <pre code> and </precode> html tags that seemed to insert themselves around the shortcode. Used the visual/text editor on the page to resolve the problem- maybe check for those tags? I haven’t had it happen before when using shortcode not sure why it happened with this plugin in this one instance…
Hello- I am experiencing the same issue and currently testing on my local host. The most up to date version of WordPress installed, no jetpack no other contact forms and the theme is “Customiz’r”. I’ve tried turning the plugin style on and off and no luck- I have giant spaces also.
