Thanks Ipstenu, well I have my database but have no clue how to continue, since the instructions here are not for my version of php Myadmin….

Do you have any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks, well, I access my php my admin directly through the website of my hosting company. I don’t have/ use Cpanel.

Oh sorry, forgot to ask you how to generate and write the Security Keys in the wp-config.php? Thanks!!
