I’m having this same issue. With this last update my slider has disappeared. I will contact info@huge-it.com but it doesn’t seem to be a one-off… at least right now.
I found a solution. I tried everything that was suggested in other posts – plugin conflict (none), switched to Twenty Twelve theme (same issue still), and finally called my host. They had to disable Varnish, and then it worked perfectly.
