Do I need to move WP to a subdirectory? Like this (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/stop-wordpress-from-loading-in-sub-directories)? Would the help?

I didn’t fix it. I contact the host and told them to fix it on their end. Hope you get your problem figured out.
