ok so to be clear, after a file was sent for analysis. Once is detected as infected from cleantalk side there is nothing else to do? I mean do I need to hire another platform/service to fix/cure the infection?
Ok and once you confirm files analized are infected. Do you fix them? I mean what when the solution is not erasing the files?

Subtitles— If possible, could you try to deactivate all plugins except for the List Subscribe plugin to see if the issue persists when only the List Subscribe plugin is active? I also tried deactivating all plugins but I still cant see the success menssage.
What else do you think, Could be?
