In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Month names in the calendar popup in Spanish(ignore the page reference in the link to the translations, I’m not sure what page they are on – I downloaded the xml and checked there)
YES I understand this, but it IS NOT being “sorted to the top” “every day after that”.
Please look at my example.
I am talking about the days that follow. Please see my example above.
The Rotary Club with Marcus which starts on the Friday and continues to Saturday (the day that follows), should be sorted to the top of the Saturday listing according to your response, but it is not. It appears in the in its time slot for the previous day.
Hi Nick,
The problem is that the multi-day events are NOT being sorted to the top of the list. The multi day event is mixed up in the middle of the following days listing.
If the multi day event was at the top there wouldn’t be a problem here.

After installing a default WordPress theme and with all other plugins deactivated, the map on the test I created this morning still doesn’t show (I had already tried this). I tried re-saving the location, and that also didn’t work… but when I create a new location with the same address that did show.
I switched the theme back on and tested creating new locations one by one, each with just one different plugin each time (fortunately there aren’t many!).
It looks like the problem was ‘Google Maps for WordPress’, which was installed to show a map elsewhere on the site. I’ve deactivated that and all newly created locations now show the map.
So this is resolved for me, the locations created in-between will need to be deleted and recreated, but that’s do-able.
Whatever the conflict is, it’s to affecting the location on creation rather than what I was expecting, which was just display.
Thanks!
