My comic is going to be a crime fighting type. Combine Peter Park without superpowers, Penny (from Inspector Gadget), and Carmen Sandiego and you get an idea for where I want to go with it.

My blog will have a link to my comic book later when it’s ready. I’ll blog about things that interest me and it will be about pretty random things like what’s on the site right.

Right now I just want to get some suggestion and advice on the look and design of it.

Good job on being active with getting content into your blog. But his site has too many things going on. I know right now bright colors are popular in urban culture. Get rid of brown, it’s such a bad color for a background. Make the text bigger and keep it the same color in the blog entries, it looks very childish right now.

The site has a unique look and loads very fast. I don’t like that everything is lowercase, it makes it look like a little kid designed it. The blog needs some visible borders to make it easier to follow.

It has a clean look of a newspaper. I think the page overall needs some graphics and photos, the only thing that draws my attention is the top article and photo. The articles at the bottom all look the same because it’s all text.

I agree with der_stress. The buttons on the left looks weird. The color gives it a look that it’s stuck in the 90s web design.

I didn’t look at the moving pictures at all, I thought it was an ad. You have to make that static, it will look more professional.

I like the sidebar design and overall color and look (aside from the buttons).

Very clean blog design. I think it needs more graphics and photos in the blog entries to break up the sea of text. It will grab people’s attention and keep them interested in scanning through the blog. Hope that critique helps.
