Do you have those set up as Global Attributes? If you go to WooCommerce > Attributes (in the side menu), are they all listed there?
If you aren’t using those, you can feel free to remove them from that screen.

Seems like a few folks have been getting errors after updating: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/7-70-triggers-fatal-error/
It looks like the main causes are either a partial/incomplete update (reinstalling Woo fixes it), a plugin conflict, or the occasional issue with some hosting providers.

- If you create a new product, add attributes and then try to generate variations — does that work? Is this only for existing products?
- Is this only happening with existing attributes? Or if you add a new attribute, you can’t create variations?

I’m trying to reproduce this issue on my end. Could you share your System Status Report? Also, if you’re able to share a larger screenshot showing all of the variations and settings you’re using, it might help to narrow down where the issue is. I’ve tried it with a simple variation, and all of the prices are displaying as expected.

I just tested it out with a fresh install of WordPress and WooCommerce, and everything worked as expected. Looking at your system status report, maybe the Variation Swatches plugin might be causing a conflict (just a wild guess, not based on any testing). Also, can you try opening up your developer console (Developer > JavaScript Console) in your browser, and let us know if there are any errors appearing there?
