This is not something that can be fixed or updated, because at the moment this is correct behavior. A customer will receive an email notification according to the language that has been selected for their interface on the frontend, the system will automatically make the switch to the selected locale. But staff will always receive an email with the text that has been entered in the initial template (English in your case).
Imagine that some business supports say 10 languages on the website. Client 1 books in Chinese, client 2 books in Russian, client 3 books in German, and so on. Bookly won’t send booking confirmation to staff in three different languages but will use the text that is entered in the notification email template. Hope it clarifies.
We’re not able to help much other than suggesting to create a separate notification template for your staff in another language and attach created notification to the services that are provided by staff members who should receive these emails in that language (New email notification > Settings > Type > Services).
Hi @khrisme, the latest release Bookly version 20.0 has a feature “Always verify email” in Settings > Customers > Verify customer’s contact information at Details step. If enabled, a notification with a verification code will be sent to the customer by email.
Hi there, that’s correct – the free version of Bookly allows to add only one staff member.

You can disable all payment options in Settings – Payments: http://joxi.ru/L21KW0zizWzNKr
In this case, the payment step won’t be displayed on the booking form.
Let me know if it works for you.

Can you check if you don’t use caching(plugins or on the server side)? The plugin is not compatible with caching. If that’s not the case and the mentioned setting didn’t help, then you need to investigate – which plugin or theme is causing this problem and look for an alternative.
Hello,
