Regarding customer support, if you experience an issue with the commercial (PRO) version, we’re able to provide technical assistance only during active support period. You can read more about Envato Market Support rules on their website. In case there is a confirmed bug, our Dev team usually releases a fix to all users with the next release.
Since Bookly is installed on your server, issues may occur because of other WP plugins, themes, and systems. And please note that Bookly core (free) plugin should always be updated together with Bookly PRO (Add-on) and other Bookly items.
Before every release, we thoroughly test our plugin to its highest quality, but we can’t guarantee that after update the plugin will work properly on all WordPress configurations and completely protect it from the influence of other plugins. If you don’t want to renew your item support period, we recommend not updating Bookly and stay on the version which works well for you.

First of all, make sure you’ve checked the appropriate checkboxes in the notification’s settings. There could be a lot of reasons why email notifications don’t work. First, check if your site can send emails at all. Bookly doesn’t send emails independently, it uses the native WordPress function wp_mail() to send all email notifications. This function sends any email messages to the entire site, not only Bookly.
To check it, install any mail checking plugin and send a test email to yourself.
If you didn’t receive the test email please contact your hosting provider to fix this issue. Also, you can try to solve the issue yourself, installing any SMTP plugin and configure it to any mail server (SMTP is a push protocol and is used to send the mail).
In some situations, your site is able to send simple emails but can’t send a large email with HTML such as Bookly email notifications.Install any mail logging plugin, make a test appointment and check the mail log. If you see that the emails are sent but they aren’t delivered, then the problem is still with your site and you should contact your hosting provider to fix this issue.
