You need to update the shortcode of the booking form(in page editing mode), to display the category field, as this field is hidden now.

There is no option to add sub-services. Currently, the plugin offers to create a category, and add to that category a service/s. You can create two Categories: Social Services and Architect, and two services for each of them.

You can connect your services to the Categories so it will be easier to find the service according to the category. But there is no option to set a quick search for the frontend form.

I’m afraid such option is not supported. Time slot display depends on your staff members’ schedules so it’s necessary to choose service and employee first.

Not quite sure that understood you correctly. You can create 2 different services “Face-to-face” and “Phone”. After that. please, connect your services to the staff member and they will be displayed in the drop-down menu.

According to Envato rules, you can use one purchase code on one domain only. If you want to use Bookly Pro on several different domains, you will need to buy additional licenses.

Can you try changing the “Method to include Bookly JavaScript and CSS files on the page” setting from “Enqueue” to “Print”?

The only available option is “Email confirmation field” in (Appearance menu), if you want to verification step before the booking form then such an option is supported.
Inquiries about the Pro version of plugin, including the add-ons (which are commercial products) are not allowed on this forum.
