Got you now. OK, you need s2M Pro, I think you can build a widget with s2M Pro Forms.
Registration as free member is a WP function. Look for some WP plugin to show registration form in a sidebar, for example.
There is a way to edit the Pro-form template, but I can not remember how to do, right now. Please look around…

That is because of this bug in s2Members, which is fixed by my plugin “KC s2M+MC Pro“. You also get much better integration.
EOT dates for recurring subscriptions are set only when member cancels subscription/payment, not each time when needs to pay next period. Otherwise, yes, can be send to MC, like my plugin “KC s2M+MC” do.

Deactivating of s2M fixed the issue? If so, problem is in s2M, maybe in settings. If not – continue to deactivate plugins and themes, until it works, and you will find “the mail eater beast”…
The main report page can be your “Users” page – s2M shows lot of information there, can see almost everything. Well, narrowed and beauty tables needs custom code…
