• We used to get an email notification whenever a new user signed up for an account on our site. However, they stopped coming through.

    I made a fake account with a different email to check if the user was still receiving a notification when they register and sure enough that still works. I also checked the spam folder and the plugin settings, nothing has changed.

    Thoughts?

  • I’m having the same issue. It used to work, but has stopped just recently. I thought it may be something to do with making it a personalized message, but I’ve changed it back to the standard message and that hasn’t helped. I’ve also deactivated plugins that people had mentioned and that hasn’t fixed it either.

    Deactivating of s2M fixed the issue? If so, problem is in s2M, maybe in settings. If not – continue to deactivate plugins and themes, until it works, and you will find “the mail eater beast”…

    it says that plugin hasn’t been updated for two years, is it still okay Raam? (I’m talking about the WP Mail Log that is mentioned in the link you supplied). Thanks.

    @germars,

    Another user recently reported that he was using WP Mail Log and that it was working fine. I had the same qualms as you, though, so I use Email Log instead.
