    Hello again,

    Im running version 2.4.1 now and this problem still persists. Abandoned cart email sends out to customer that have placed an order when status is on-hold. Very annoying.

    Any idea how to solve this?

    @khungate some information;

    -Plugin version 2.2.2
    -PHP version 7.3.9 memory limit 64mb
    -Loggin errors (before forced resync), see below.
    -Using WP Fastest Cache
    -Not tried uninstalling. Did a force resync (as recommended in other threads) and now it seems all orders are synced. However, this action added welcome, review, confirmation emails back in que that was sent 2-3years ago. Mailchimp resent them without my knowledge. I managed to delete the que for some automation emails, but still sent out a few hundred emails. Not good for my business.

    Will be checking if it works and syncs for future orders.

    Im having the same issue since the beginning of September. Not syncing and customers are not added to my mailchimp newsletter. The debug code shows the same error as above.

    Thanks for the information.

    Yes the class code is from the theme. When I add it in the html browser inspector, the button becomes larger and blue. I have attached a picture here.

    That is correct, the jetpack blog subscribtion widget. Cant remember which version of Jetpack that I updated from, but im using 7.2.1 now. No recent theme updates.

    If I add the css class code below to the button in Google console, it changes to theme design.

    I have not tried with a different theme.

    When I changed the CSS as suggested, text and pictures move to the left in line with other options. The problem with the text in Explorer (only) is still there as in the picture that I linked to.

    I tested to set a max-height which seem to work.

    However I dont know yet if ruins the design in other browsers or mobile..

    Whats happening regarding this issue? Many users are having the same problem reported months ago.

    Customers are subscribed even in mailchimp_woocommerce_is_subscribed is 0. I manually have to unsub each customer from newsletter. Then for some reason it subscribes them back AGAIN at a later time when I receive a new order from another customer. Then I have to recheck it all again. This is hurting my customer relations in a bad way when im sending email (without my knowledge) to customers that do not want them.

    Still having this problem.

    mailchimp_woocommerce_is_subscribed is set to 0 – but customer still subscribed to list. Even if I unsubscribe the customer manually, they get resubscribed later automatically for some reason. Very annoying!

    Any updates regarding this?

    Still having this problem. For some reason customer that i have unsubscribed, gets subscribed again sometime when I get a new order without me knowing.

    Im having the same problem and it started by the end of September.

    mailchimp_woocommerce_is_subscribed is set to 0 – but customer still subscribed to list. Very frustrating when Mailchimp send my welcome email to customers that have chosen not to subscribe. I have to manually unsub them from list.
