Stay away, too many issues

    Dont install this plugin. It will mess up your mailchimp list with all the issues. It started with an updated in September. Now it automatically subscribes customers even if they choose not to at checkout. Issue is reported months ago but it never gets resolved.

    This causes a real headache when I manually have to unsub each customer to prevent my welcome email to be sent. Then for some reason it subscribes them back AGAIN at a later time when I get a new order from another customer. Then I have to recheck it all again! This have hurt my customer relations in a bad way when im sending email (without my knowledge) to customers that do not want them.

    My advice is stay away from this until all major issues are resolved.

    Thank you for your feedback. We care a lot about the quality of the integration and are constantly investigating resolutions to issues like the one you reported. This issue has recently been resolved in our current version 2.1.3.

    Yes this issues has been resolved. Im not experience the described problem above since the last update.
