In reply to: [Exit Popup with Offer by Autience] Cannot Get it to workHi jcarus,
Thanks for the useful feedback.
1. “Exit Intent” means that the popup will show up when the visitor moves their mouse towards the close button of the browser. I agree that this should be mentioned more clearly in the settings.
2. Another reason for the popup not being triggered as expected could be the use of other “page caching” plugins. Please make sure that when you make any changes to the Autience plugin, you clear your page cache.
3. As you said, ability to upload an image would be very good as a lot of users would find that much easier. We will definitely add this in the future versions of the plugin
4. We are intentionally keeping the plugin disabled until the user sets up the complete popup, as our plugin is being used by some ecommerce sites with thousands of visitors every minute and a popup that is not fully configured could lead to a bad user experience for the visitors of the website. But as you say, we might need to give some default values so that it is easier for first time users.
Lastly, we appreciate your effort for taking the time to use and review the plugin. I hope the future updates will not disappoint you.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Exit Popup with Offer by Autience] Parse error: syntax errorHi Finanz,
Thanks for reporting this issue.
Can you tell me which versions of wordpress are your two sites using? The one where the plugin is working, and the one where it is not working.

In reply to: [Yes or No Popup by Autience] It needs improvement.Hi tuslibros,
Thanks for taking the time to review the plugin.
Allow me to make a few clarifications that you might find useful
1. As we speak, my colleague is preparing some quick video tutorials so that anyone can understand and setup the functionality as they need.
2. The plugin is available in a freemium model where the basic settings are free and you can pay for additional functionality specific to your business requirement.
If you click on the ‘Smart Extensions’ tab you should be able to see the option of purchasing a ‘Show on Specific Pages’ extension. Once you make the purchase you will receive an email with a license code to activate the feature on your website and you can select if you want to show the popup on posts, pages or a custom subset of pages.
3. There is an option to keep the plugin activated but still in a disabled mode ( the third section in the basic settings ) so that you can play around with the design, settings and license without disturbing your existing visitor’s experience.
If you face any difficulty in installation of the premium feature please email us on support@autience.com .
In case the extension meets your expectations, I would sincerely request you to upgrade your rating as the current rating does not justify the effort, time and energy we are putting into this.
