this could be an issue specific to the browser. I am able to see the popup as expected on your site.

Can you tell us which browser you are testing on, and try with another browser.
It could also be an problem due some browser extensions or browser cache.

Thanks for reporting this. I agree this seems to be a bug. To resolve this, we will add a “matches url” configuration option in a few days.
Could you tell me the specific urls and the business reasons you are looking for such a configuration?

By “Email Provider”, we mean the email marketing service, like Mailchimp or Aweber on which the customer emails are stored.
As of now, we do not send any notifications about subscribers. Will definitely add this as a feature for future versions.

The new feature is available under the specific links option. You can enter multiple comma separated urls.
