In reply to: [Redux Framework] Do the plugin affect FS_METHOD constant somehow?Redux does not touch the FS_METHOD constant. I looks like it did back in the 4.1 version and was removed a day later. I wasn’t working on Redux then. I can only surmise it interfered in some manner. Redux does access the wp_filesystem as it has write/read functions to the upload folder. Usage of any other method was frowned upon by the file checked of the .org repo.
I wouldn’t know how to advise on your WP setup. We tend not to offer such suggestions because of they don’t work, the blame falls on us. It’s a liability thing.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Redux plugin is not working for vapier theme.I’m sorry you are have this issue, but evidence suggests this isn’t a Redux issue. It’s a theme issue. Clearly, Redux is running, but the instance the theme is supposed to create isn’t there and they the option page doesn’t load (or possible the user has incorrect permissions, but I can’t answer that either). The theme author would have to help you with that as it’s their theme. We do not have access to theme, nor do we know how theme authors use Redux, therefore we do not support them.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Issue with Redux Framework Blocking Elementor and Yoast SEOI suppose you could review your PHP logs. Elementor, when used to create a page, is all JavaScript. The only time Redux uses its JavaScript is when the options panel is loaded or when Metaboxes is used, but last I knew, Houzez doesn’t use metaboxes from Redux, if at all. Besides, I do not have a copy of the theme, and even if I did, I know nothing about it, its options, and how they used Redux. This is why you should contact them. I see no evidence Redux is the issue here. Until I do, there’s nothing for me to get involved in. The theme author has to have solid evidence that Redux is the issue, that I can replicate, and I’ll get involved with them to solve the issue, as we are a developer’s product.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Issue with Redux Framework Blocking Elementor and Yoast SEOI have Redux running with both those plugins and have no such issues. I’m not even sure what JavaScript Redux would have that interacts with other plugins. I think once again, as with so many of these accusations against Redux, the theme is likely the issue. Housez theme is notorious for this.
But, then why does the problem stop when Redux is disabled? Because, Redux controls the theme options. When Redux is disabled, so are the theme options, and whatever issue in the theme causing this is shut off, making it appear as if Redux is the problem, when it isn’t. Read any thread in this forum. We get blamed every week for theme issues.
Please contact the theme author and report this to them. Since we are a developer’s tool and not a consumer product, if the theme author can recreate your issue and rule out their theme, and can provide strong data that Redux is the issue with steps I can take to recreate the issue, we’ll work with them to resolve the problem. Until such a time, I can provide no solution as I cannot recreate the issue. I also do not have access to the Housez theme, and that is a big piece of the puzzle.
Good luck.
Here’s the thing. We are a developer’s product, not a consumer one. Theme authors use Redux to create their options panel. How developers use Redux and what they do with it are things we have no control over and do not support. We are unable to support any theme that uses Redux. We also do not have access to theme that use Redux. The kind of support falls on the theme author. We must contact them. If they determine there is an issue with Redux (and I do not believe there is as there are no reports of this kind), then the theme author will contact us and we work with them. And “work working” doesn’t describe the problem in details. When you contact the theme author, I suggest not using vague sentences such as that.
Good luck

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Unistall Redux Framework!!!I just explained what the likely situation is. I can’t look through your WordPress installation for you. You have to do that. Also, one cannot download Redux from our website. Once you determine which plugin ort theme is running an embedded version of Redux, you can take it up with them, as again, we have no control over what developers do with Redux.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Unistall Redux Framework!!!That’s usually an indication that a theme or plugin has embedded Redux in their product. Not only do I not know which plugin or theme is doing this, we have no control over how developers use Redux. You’d need to figure out which plugin has Redux embedded and then contact the developer of that product.
One way to tell which plugin it is, ironically, is to use that menu item and read the screen that opens. It will say which product is using Redux.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Unistall Redux Framework!!!You uninstall it like any other plugin: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-properly-uninstall-a-wordpress-plugin/
If your theme depends on it, then removing it will affect your theme. Theme issues should be directed to the theme author. We do not support themes.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Compatbility with the latest version of WordPress@birdost – when you have a copy of your theme you may share for support purposes, email it to s u p p o r t @ r e d u x . i o (remove the spaces). Until then, there isn’t much else I can do and am closing this ticket.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Compatbility with the latest version of WordPress@herculesdesign – Pease do not piggy back the tickets of others with different issues. Please start your own ticket. And I am going to need WAY more information than this, as I am not able to recrate the issue. In fact, I’m probably going to need a copy of your theme to see if it happens on my side. It’ll save a lot of time and trouble.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Broken theme after 4.5.0@gorg81 – If you get a few minutes to spare, here is 4.5.0.5 beta, which makes the entire panel ‘clickable.’

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Compatbility with the latest version of WordPressUnfortunately, I am not experiencing that behavior, although “I go back and click on another time” is pretty vague. Specific steps would have been helpful. I will need a copy of your theme to review for the issue you are reporting. Are you able to provide that? If not, I will need to speak directly with the theme author.
The issue has been reported and answered several times. Please download the latest beta, v4.5.0.4 and report back if the issue is resolved. As far as when that version is officially released? When enough people tests it and I’m happy it won’t blow up. Maybe next week if all is well.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Broken theme after 4.5.0@gorg81 – Yeah, I see that too. It looks like it’s in the CSS. The WordPress panels have that button control extended over the entire panel. Redux’s doesn’t. Easy fix. I’ll add it before doing a release.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Broken theme after 4.5.0I pushed v4.5.0.4 beta just now. It contains code that supports the old and new customizer HTML. Please see if your issue is resolved and let me know.
